This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on deposits and tournament entry fees.
1. Overview
At Booyah Central, we strive to provide fair and transparent refund policies. Please read this policy carefully to understand when and how refunds are processed. By using our platform, you agree to this Refund Policy.
💡 Quick Note: All refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please ensure your payment details are accurate and up to date.
2. Tournament Entry Fee Refunds
Entry fee refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- ✅ Full Refund — Tournament cancelled by Booyah Central
- ✅ Full Refund — Tournament delayed more than 2 hours (on request)
- ❌ No Refund — Match has already started
- ❌ No Refund — Player disqualified for rule violation
- ❌ No Refund — Player did not join room on time
- ❌ No Refund — Nickname mismatch
⚠️ Important: Once a match has started, entry fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. Tournament Cancellation
Full Refund - When We Cancel
You will receive a full refund (100% of entry fee) if:
- The tournament is cancelled by Booyah Central for any reason
- The tournament does not meet the minimum player requirement
- Technical issues prevent the tournament from proceeding
- The tournament is delayed by more than 2 hours from scheduled time
- Server issues affect fair play
Processing Time
- Refunds are processed within 24 hours of cancellation
- Funds are credited to your Booyah Central wallet
- You can withdraw the refund via UPI within 0-5 business days
4. Disconnection & Technical Issues
If you experience disconnection or technical issues during a tournament:
Before Match Starts
- Contact support immediately with screenshot/video proof
- If verified, you will receive a full refund
- Provide evidence within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time
During Match
- No refund is provided once the match has started
- We recommend ensuring stable internet connection before joining
- Use a reliable device for tournament participation
✓ Tip: Test your internet connection and device before the tournament starts. Close other applications to ensure smooth gameplay.
5. Deposit Refunds
Wallet Deposits
- Deposits to your Booyah Central wallet are final and non-refundable
- Funds in your wallet can be used for tournament entry fees
- Unutilized wallet balance can be withdrawn (subject to withdrawal rules)
Withdrawal from Wallet
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ₹100
- Withdrawal processing time: 0-5 business days
- Withdrawal requests can be made via UPI transfer
⚠️ Note: Deposits made to your wallet are for gaming purposes only and are not refundable to your original payment method.
6. Prize Money Refunds
Prize Distribution
- Prizes are credited to winners' wallets within 24 hours after match completion
- Winners can withdraw prize money via UPI (minimum ₹100)
- Prize money is considered winnings and can be withdrawn at any time
Prize Disputes
- Disputes must be raised within 30 minutes of match completion
- Provide screenshot proof of final ranking
- Decisions made by Booyah Central are final and binding
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We take payment disputes seriously. Please note:
- Chargeback Policy: Initiating a chargeback without valid reason may result in account termination
- Disputed Transactions: Contact us first before contacting your bank for payment issues
- False Claims: False chargeback claims will be prosecuted
- Account Restriction: Users with chargeback history may have restricted access
⚠️ Warning: Abuse of chargeback process may lead to permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
8. Refund Processing Time
Here's what to expect:
- Instant Refunds: Added to your Booyah Central wallet immediately
- UPI Withdrawals: 0-5 business days after approval
- Bank Transfers: 0-7 business days (if applicable)
- Holiday Delays: Processing may be delayed during bank holidays
You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
9. How to Request a Refund
For Tournament Entry Fees
- Go to "My Matches" section in your account
- Find the tournament and click "Request Refund"
- Or contact support at booyahcentralff@gmail.com
For Payment Issues
📧 Response Time: We aim to respond to all refund requests within 24 hours.
10. Refund Exceptions
The following are NOT eligible for refunds:
- Entry fees after tournament/match has started
- Disqualification due to rule violations
- Nickname mismatch during registration
- Late arrival (not joining room on time)
- Using prohibited software or cheating
- Account suspension or termination due to violations
- Deposits to wallet (considered final)
- Prize money that has been withdrawn
11. Account Closure & Fund Recovery
Voluntary Account Closure
- Request account closure through customer support
- Any remaining wallet balance will be refunded via UPI
- Processing time: 0-10 business days
Involuntary Account Closure
- Accounts closed due to violations forfeit all wallet balance
- No refund of any kind will be provided
- This includes but is not limited to: cheating, fraud, abuse
