1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Booyah Central ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Eligibility

To use Booyah Central, you must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old to participate in tournaments and win cash prizes
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indian law
• Residency: You must be a resident of India
• Free Fire Account: You must have a valid Free Fire gaming account with minimum Level 10
• Payment Method: You must have a valid UPI-enabled payment method for transactions

By using our platform, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must verify your email address/phone number

Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach
• You are solely responsible for all activities under your account
• Do not share your account credentials with anyone

Account Information

• Your Free Fire in-game nickname must match with your registered nickname
• You must keep your profile information updated
• Booyah Central reserves the right to verify your identity at any time

4. Tournament Participation Rules

General Rules

• All tournaments have specific entry fees and prize pools
• Entry fees must be paid from your Booyah Central wallet balance
• You must enter your exact Free Fire nickname during tournament registration
• Players must join the tournament room at least 10 minutes before start time
• Room ID and password will be shared 10 minutes before the match starts
• Minimum Free Fire Level 10 is required for all tournaments

Tournament Format

• Tournaments may be played in Solo, Duo, or Squad mode
• Match format (number of rounds, map rotation) will be specified for each tournament
• Results will be based on final in-game rankings
• Disputes must be raised within 30 minutes of match completion

Disqualification

• Failure to join the room on time will result in disqualification without refund
• Nickname mismatch will result in immediate disqualification
• Use of unauthorized devices or emulators is prohibited
• Any form of cheating will result in permanent ban

5. Prize Distribution

Prize Pool

• Prize pools are distributed among top ranking players as specified in each tournament
• Prize distribution is based on final in-game rankings only
• Screenshots of final rank may be required for prize verification

Prize Crediting

• Prizes are credited to the winner's Booyah Central wallet within 24 hours of match completion
• Winners may withdraw their prize money via UPI transfer
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₹100
• Withdrawal processing time: 0-5 business days

Prize Verification

• Booyah Central reserves the right to verify winner eligibility before prize distribution
• False reporting or disputes may result in prize withholding
• Decisions made by Booyah Central regarding prizes are final and binding

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or termination:

• Cheating: Using any third-party software, scripts, or hacks to gain unfair advantage
• Hacking: Attempting to breach platform security or exploit vulnerabilities
• Smurfing: Using multiple accounts to manipulate rankings or tournaments
• Teaming: Collaborating with opponents in non-team matches
• Boosting: Intentionally losing matches for payment or rewards
• Account Sharing: Allowing others to use your account
• Impersonation: Pretending to be another player or representative
• Harassment: Abusing, threatening, or harassing other players or staff
• Fraud: Any fraudulent activity including chargebacks or false claims
• Multi-Accounting: Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions

7. Fees & Payments

Entry Fees

• Entry fees are deducted from your wallet at the time of tournament registration
• Entry fees are non-refundable once you join the match or the match has started
• Partial refunds may be available for cancelled tournaments

Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ₹50
• Deposits can be made via UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm)
• Deposits are processed instantly in most cases

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ₹100
• Withdrawal processing: 0-5 business days
• Booyah Central reserves the right to verify withdrawal requests

8. Account Suspension & Termination

Suspension

Booyah Central may suspend your account if:

• You violate these Terms & Conditions
• We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
• You have unpaid debts to Booyah Central
• We are required to do so by law

Termination

Your account may be permanently terminated for:

• Repeated violations of terms
• Cheating or hacking
• Fraudulent activities
• Abuse or harassment

Effect of Termination

• All funds in your wallet will be forfeited
• You will be banned from creating new accounts
• You will lose all tournament history and achievements

9. Platform Liability Limitations

• No Warranty: The platform is provided "as is" without any warranties
• Service Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Technical Issues: We are not responsible for technical problems beyond our control
• Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for third-party payment providers
• Game Issues: We are not responsible for Free Fire server issues or game updates

Booyah Central's total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the last 30 days.

10. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, and trademarks on Booyah Central are owned by us
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Free Fire is a trademark of Garena. We are not affiliated with Garena

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India
• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India
• We encourage resolving disputes through discussion first
• Arbitration proceedings, if any, will be conducted in English

12. Changes to Terms

Booyah Central reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
